The Colonial Secretary, Hong Kong,
to 49.
presents his compliments to the Under Secretary
of State for the Colonies and with reference to
the Secretary of State's telegram No. 1160 of
the 31st October has the honour to transmit
six further copies of the explanatory memorandum
on the Estimates for 1946/47.
Six further copies of the Estimates of
Revenue and Expenditure as approved by Legislature
were enclosed with Hong Kong despatch No. 164 of
the 4th November.
